Connecting HubSpot to MeetMatch gives your team two things that work out of the box:
  • AI rep matching pulls deal stage, company size, and industry from HubSpot so prospects are routed to the rep most likely to close.
  • No-show protection scores every booked meeting for risk and takes action automatically: routing high-risk prospects to a development rep, overbooking the slot as a hedge, redirecting to a video sales letter, or triggering pre-meeting warming sequences.
On top of that, meetings booked through MeetMatch sync back to HubSpot with contacts, outcomes, and correct owner attribution. There is nothing extra to configure for this sync once the integration is connected.

2Who should connect

Any team that uses HubSpot as its CRM and books meetings through MeetMatch. The integration works with HubSpot Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise tiers. You need admin access on your MeetMatch organization to set it up.

3Permissions MeetMatch requests

MeetMatch only requests the HubSpot scopes it needs:
  • Contacts (read/write) for syncing prospect data and creating CRM meetings from bookings
  • Companies (read) for enriching prospect profiles so the routing model has better inputs
  • Deals (read) for using deal stage data in routing decisions
  • Owners (read) for mapping HubSpot reps to MeetMatch team members
MeetMatch never writes to your deals or company records.
