Installing MeetMatch from HubSpot

Step-by-step guide to install and connect the HubSpot integration.

1Install from the HubSpot Marketplace

  1. Open the HubSpot App Marketplace and search for MeetMatch.
  2. Click Install app and select the HubSpot account you want to connect.
  3. Review the requested permissions and click Connect app.
  4. HubSpot redirects you to MeetMatch. If you already have an account, the integration connects automatically and you land on your dashboard. If you are new, MeetMatch walks you through a short signup and links your HubSpot during onboarding.

2Connect from inside MeetMatch

If you already have a MeetMatch account and want to add HubSpot later:
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to the HubSpot Integration card.
  3. Click Connect HubSpot and authorize in the popup.
Both methods produce the same result. Use whichever is more convenient.

3Map HubSpot owners to team members

After connecting, MeetMatch shows your HubSpot owners (sales reps) in Settings. For each owner, select the matching MeetMatch team member from the dropdown and click Save Mappings. This step is important: the mapping controls which rep gets credit for imported meetings and which rep the routing model considers when assigning new bookings.

4Import historical meetings (optional)

To give the routing model a head start with your existing data:
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. In the HubSpot section, click Sync Now.
  3. Wait for the import to finish. You will see a count of meetings pulled in.
More historical data means better routing accuracy from day one. If you skip this step, the model learns over time as new meetings are booked.
